1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Evently ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Evently is operated by Nile Dreams Digital, New Jersey, USA.

2. What Evently Is

Evently is a local event discovery platform. We allow community members and organizers to post events and other users to discover them. We do not organize, host, or take responsibility for the events listed.

3. Posting Events

When you post an event, you agree that:

The event information is accurate and truthful
You have the right to promote this event
The event does not violate any laws or regulations
You will provide a valid email address for confirmation
You will not post spam, fake events, or misleading information

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any event listing at our sole discretion without notice.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post events or content that:

Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
Is hateful, discriminatory, or harasses individuals or groups
Contains adult content accessible to minors
Is spam, duplicate listings, or fake events
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property

5. Paid Listings (Boost / Pro / Business)

Paid listing tiers (Boost at $2.99, Boost Plus at $4.99, Pro at $9.99/month, Business at $29/month) are processed through secure payment partners. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support@niledreamsdigital.com within 48 hours of purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Evently to scrape data, spam other users, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or impersonate other organizations or persons.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Evently provides event listings as-is. We do not verify the accuracy of all event information and are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at or reliance on any event listed on the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
